Timeline:

Raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery of order by filling the above for or just by simply sending a mail to info@virateck.com or calling helpline number at +91-916-99999-01

The replacement request email should contain the following:

Order Id.
Reason for replacement.
Photographic/video evidence of any defect as mentioned in the request.
Replacement request will be approved for Arrived damaged.(The chance of happening of such cases is very less,as we use special covering and protection and use good quality packing materials)

No replacements/returns are given in case of:

Not liking the product.Swollen after used. Backup not as expected.

In case of the customer ordered the wrong product then return courier and re-sending courier charges to be paid by customer only.

In case we have sent any wrong product. Then we will pay the courier charges for both pickup and drop shipping.


Approval of replacement request is solely on the discretion of Virateck. Our customer support executive may ask for specific details about any defect as per the claim including photographic or video evidence, failing to provide this within 24 business hours will result in rejection of the claim.

Replacement will be done with the same product as was ordered.
